Chronic sleep loss can cause some physical changes that you may not agree with. A lack of shut-eye is often in the headlines for its ability to decline your looks. The effects of sleep deprivation on your face may not be all that apparent to you immediately, however we can assure you that the years won’t be kind to your face over time and so can BuzzFeed Blue.
